European Engineering. Island Built.

The highest-rated Hybrid & PVC Tilt-and-Turn window system manufactured on Vancouver Island.

Fjord is our highest-performing system, designed for homes where standard windows are not enough. Rated Performance Grade (PG) 100, it is engineered for the most demanding coastal exposures on the Island.

Why Fjord?

Performance Grade 100: Defying the Elements

While most residential windows perform at a PG 30 or 40, the Fjord Series reaches PG 100. This means exceptional structural integrity and water resistance tested up to 720Pa (15.00 psf)—specifically built for wind-driven rain and coastal pressure.

Inward Opening Versatility: The European Tilt & Turn system allows for secure, draft-free ventilation or a full inward swing for easy cleaning.

Triple-Seal Silence: Precision-engineered multi-chamber frames and triple-seal gaskets significantly reduce exterior noise and air infiltration.

Thermal Efficiency: With U-Values as low as 0.14, Fjord meets the insulation requirements for high-performance and Passive House standards.

The Hybrid Advantage

The Warmth of PVC. The Strength of Aluminum.

The Fjord Series is available in both all-PVC and Hybrid configurations to suit your architectural intent.

Precision Interior: Multi-chamber uPVC frames provide maximum thermal retention and are certified AAMA-303 for UV and salt-air resistance.

Architectural Exterior: Hybrid models feature a rugged aluminum cladding, available in custom colors, to provide a modern aesthetic and long-term finish stability.

For Professionals

Engineering for the Building Envelope

For architects and builders, Fjord provides a high-performance solution that integrates into North American wall assemblies without complex envelope redesign.

Frame Depths: 4 5/8” (PVC) and 5 1/8” (Hybrid) to match varied construction methods.

Fire Tested: Systems tested to CAN/ULC S134 standards.

Full Range: Available in Casement, Hopper, Fixed, and Entry Door configurations.

Local Accountability

World-Class Engineering, Supported Locally.

Unlike imported European systems, Fjord is manufactured in our Cobble Hill facility. This ensures predictable lead times, local warranty support, and parts that are always available on Vancouver Island.
